Challenge
When a small label asked for a signature embroidered emblem that would read well on delicate fabrics, they needed a balance of fine detail and durability without increasing unit cost.
Approach
We developed three stitch trials, each optimized for thread weight, backing and machine pathing. Prototypes were photographed and tested on material swatches under real wear scenarios.
Result
The final emblem kept the original hand-drawn charm, scaled reliably across sizes, and was integrated into a 500-piece capsule run with consistent, low-reject rates.
